First Friday is fast approaching, and it cant come soon enough. On Friday, April 5th, the Tacony LAB Community Arts Center will host its third First Friday event of the year from 6PM to 9PM outside of 6918 Torresdale Avenue.
This months First Friday will be a Maker Market, featuring handmade and original artists from in and around the Tacony Community. The Spring Maker Market will also include free family light painting portraits, with a printed copy for each family.
The First Friday event is hosted by the Tacony LAB Community Arts Center and supported by the Tacony Community Development Corporation and the Tacony Civic Association. Each month, visit the LAB for community and art centric activities, refreshments, and entertainment.
This month, the Tacony LAB is seeking art vendors to participate in the Maker Market for free! Applications close on April 1st at 12 PM. Apply below and contact info@taconylab.org with any questions.
